Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations: We currently ship our products throughout South Africa.

Shipping Methods: We exclusively use the services of The Courier Guy, a trusted courier company. Our shipping option is standard, and no additional choices (e.g., overnight or tracked shipping) are available.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined based on a flat rate that varies according to the weight of the item. The pricing tiers are as follows:

  • R160 for the initial weight range
  • R310 for the next weight range
  • R400 for subsequent weight ranges
  • Maximum of R545 for heavier items.

Free shipping is available for certain predetermined items.

Processing Time: Orders typically take 3 – 5 working days for processing before being shipped.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3 – 7 working days.

Shipping Restrictions: There are no restrictions on the shipment of our products to any locations within South Africa. All products can be shipped nationwide without any legal or regulatory impediments.

Customs and Duties: We currently do not ship internationally; therefore, customs duties and taxes are not applicable to our orders.

Lost or Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event of lost or damaged items during shipping, the responsibility lies with the customer. Customers have the option to request insurance for their parcel by indicating so in the special instructions on the checkout page.

Return Policy

  • You have not attempted to alter or repair the item yourself or allowed a third party to do so.
  • The item has not deteriorated as a result of fair wear and tear expected in regular use.
  • The apparent fault relates to a significant variation in appearance, materially different from the representation on our website.

4. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Send an email to returns@ccfsecuritysystems.co.za, requesting to return the item.
  • Our customer service agent will contact you to arrange payment after inspecting the product.
  • If the item meets our return conditions, our courier service will be instructed to collect it from the address you provide.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed in the following manner:

  • Refunds will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or refunded to the original debit or credit card used for the purchase.
  • Initially, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, this cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not have any items that are non-returnable or non-refundable.

7. Item Condition

Returned items must be in their original condition and returned in or with their original packaging.

8. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

9. Exchanges and Store Credits

We offer refunds only, not exchanges or store credits.

11. International Returns

International returns are not applicable, as we currently only serve customers in South Africa.
